WE Are INTR

Founded in 2020, Intr started as an experiental digital agency working mainly with marketing agencies and start-ups. It didn't take long before Intr grew into a leading studio for Games, AR, and VR productions, serving clients globally. With the June 2023 acquisition of the veteran Indie studio Homegrown Games, known for their work on Painkiller, Realms of Arkania and Medieval Dynasty, Intr Studio is set up to concept, design, develop and produce across all genres and platforms.

Featuring development know-how in Unity, Unreal, and proprietary engines, a proven production track record from PC over mobile to consoles, an own motion capture studio, own audio production facilities, and subject matter expertise in the VR / MR space, Intr is currently developing and producing across multiple projects, both own IP and work-for-hire commissioned by national and international players in the games industry.

In 2025, Intr launched its translation and localization services, offering linguistic and cultural adaptions for all major territories.

Ideation & Pre-Production

Turning ideation into planning and bullet-proof scoping are at the core of our initial steps. Discovering and addressing dependencies, clarification needs and unknowns, we set the project up for success and minimize the risk of scope creep during production. We help our clients identifying what is needed at each step and demonstrate how it will be achieved.

Production

We execute the plan and adapt it where needed. All work is managed in a transparent and agile way, with vigilant consideration of the inherent dependencies. Agreed & planned review cycles and feedback rounds ensure the capability to quickly react to changing demands or unforeseen circumstances. Stakeholders are not only kept in the loop, but part of an open communication chain and proactive risk management.

Delivery & Support

No matter if assets, localisation or entire games - our delivery includes more than just sending off files, we set up to succeed. With handover documentation, best practises guidelines and notes for further considerations. Additionally, we offer extensive LiveOps and post-launch services that accompany the projects and clients through their product life-cycle.
